Terms of Service
General
- I am diagnosed with fibromyalgia, so please be patient with me. There will be times where my hands/wrists will be in pain and I would need to take breaks.
- The commissioner should provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting your request form.
-Me and the commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.
- My art is always progressing as I go, so artwork may vary.
- I have the right to cancel or deny any commission.
- I DO NOT CHARGE COMMERCIAL FEES
Policy
Commissioned artworks should be paid 100% upfront before I take on the request unless total is over $100. If over $100 I will take prices in 1/3rds (meaning I will take 3 payments). Final payment will be before I give final product.
Intellectual Property Rights
- I have the rights to take credit for all my artwork.
- When uploading emotes on Twitch, you can add me as an attribution: jiillybean
- When reposting my artwork, you MUST give me credit.
- You can tag me or not, as long as you give me credit.
Revisions
- Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the payment.
- There will be no revisions allowed once the commission is considered complete.
- Extra revision(s) will incur fees proportional to the additional workload.
Refunds
- No refund will be issued at any given circumstances unless: I, the artist, failed to deliver the product according to the pre-agreed Turn Around Time (TAT) during the contract signing. (Refer to the commission contract to check the agreed upon TAT.)
- I, the artist, have the right to cancel any art commission and refund the appropriate amount. (Only if I cancel)
- I, the artist, is entitled to cancel or deny the art commission if the artwork contains any depictions of racism/sexism/hate or is meant to mock/ridicule an individual for no apparent reason.
